The alliance is an advocacy focused non profit. We focus on building our communities power by organizing and empowering the community, and providing the tools and resources needed to take action. In addition to organizing at a community level, we advocate at the state and local level for change that would benefit the community as a whole.

Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media. We share information with the community and encourage collaboration within the community. Collective action is powerful but it takes all of us working together towards our common goals outline in the Piedmont Area Plan.
-
The alliance is volunteer run. Any donations received go directly back into the community in the form of community improvements or go towards our monthly website fees, flyers, and other supplies.

It is the communities common hopes and dreams in an organized and official document that is meant to serve as a guiding document for decision makers. It can also be helpful for community nonprofits and organizations when applying for grants or other funding. You can view the full plan HERE.
